Inc. magazine today ranked Boston-based Bushari Real Estate no. 1,779 on its 36th annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small and mid-sized businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
“We are thrilled and humbled to be honored with this award. We founded Bushari Real Estate in 2008 to reflect our commitment to building a next-generation real estate company with an acute focus on exceptional customer service and targeted, high-end marketing,” said Elad Bushari, co-founder and CEO of Bushari Real Estate. “We believe that buying and selling homes should be exhilarating, seamless and richly rewarding,”
Bushari Real Estate earned the number 1 spot as the fastest-growing real estate company in Massachusetts, with $7.1 million in revenue in 2016 and 217.74% growth over the last three years.
Bushari Real Estate continues to set the bar in the Boston real estate market for Internet outreach, professionalism and performance. As an independent, luxury-focused firm, Bushari specializes in niche marketing, tailoring their approach to each property and individual client.
Prior to establishing Bushari Real Estate, co-founders Elad Bushari and Mara Bushari were a top-producing Boston real estate team. Elad was recognized as one of the top 30 agents nationwide under 30 years old in REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 Under 30” in 2009. Mara was named as one of the “Top Ten Women in Real Estate” by the Boston Herald in 2010. As a family owned firm, Bushari has its finger on the pulse of the local market and the agility to quickly adjust to market changes in creative and unconventional ways.
“The Inc. 5000 is the most persuasive evidence I know that the American Dream is still alive,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “The founders and CEOs of the Inc. 5000 tell us they think determination, risk taking, and vision were the keys to their success, and I believe them.”
The 2017 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc. (available on newsstands August 16) is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $206 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 619,500 jobs over the past three years.
